Q1. A Manager says they cannot “Reassign” an Account Manager, and the dropdown is empty? This is a known situation: when a Manager runs a reassignment, the “Reassign to” dropdown may not list other Managers. In practice, reassignments should be handled by the Tenant Admin (your dropdown will correctly list the candidates).
Q2. I removed a staff member and want to restore them, but I can’t find a “Restore” button? The operation column of a “Show removed” row is currently “—”; the interface does not yet provide a restore entry point. Please contact the engineering team to perform the restoration from the backend; after restoration, the account can log in normally.
Q3. The niche list shows photo version v1, but I clearly uploaded a new photo? The list’s version badge has a display glitch and may be stuck at v1. Rely on the “Niche Photo History” dialog, where the version is correct (the latest is marked “Currently Displayed”). If the list does not update after uploading, a manual refresh will fix it.
Q4. Is there a preview to check before importing a niche CSV? The current version has no preview before submitting—clicking runs it, and the row-by-row action table is shown afterward. Use “Download Template” to verify the columns and confirm the content is correct before importing. Imports are repeatable (the same number will “update” rather than create a duplicate).
Q5. In the audit, I can’t see records of someone else modifying a memorial space under a certain Account Manager? The audit is divided by “actor”. To see the full picture of “who did what to a certain memorial space”, query the entire-enterprise scope using the Tenant Admin identity, rather than that Account Manager’s own audit view.
Q6. Resending a Time Letter keeps failing? Resending rotates the identifier. Confirm the recipient is providing the 6-digit identifier from the most recent email (the code from an old email has expired).
Q7. A just-restored memorial space still says “No permission for this memorial space” on the family-facing side? This CDN caching phenomenon was fixed on 2026-07-23 (error responses are no longer cached); after a restore, access should recover immediately. If you still occasionally encounter it, a forced refresh is enough.
Q8. Why doesn’t the audit show the actual content of family edits? The audit has only metadata, no content snapshots; this is a deliberate privacy boundary (family content is not accessible to business staff). Tracing content requires the database-layer process of engineering / customer service.
Q9. The role wording in the invitation email differs from the interface (e.g. “Tenant Administrator”)? This is a copy discrepancy and does not affect functionality. The interface wording is always “Tenant Admin / Manager / Account Manager”; use this as the reference when explaining to your team.
