Q1. I want to move an Account Manager under a different Manager, but I can’t find “Reassign”? Since 2026-07-23 the Manager side no longer offers “Reassign” (the row menu no longer has this item); cross-Manager reassignment is Tenant-Admin-only — please ask a Tenant Admin to complete it (Section 3.1).
Q2. I set a delegate, but the other person cannot see the clients I assigned? Since 2026-07-23 delegation is effective: once set, the delegate sees and can manage all clients under the delegated Account Manager from their own client list, and revoking the delegation takes the access back (Section 3.2). If they still can’t see the clients, confirm the delegation is still in place; also note there is currently no “delegating” indicator on the delegate’s side (a residual observation from findings #25).
Q3. I accidentally removed an Account Manager; how do I restore them? There is currently no UI entry point to restore a removed Account Manager; please contact engineering／the system administrator to restore it on the back end (Section 3.3).
Q4. Can I create memorial spaces myself? Yes. A Manager can act as their own operator; the operation is the same as for an Account Manager. Please refer to the Account Manager Manual.
Q5. Why does the audit log not show a Tenant Admin’s operations on my team’s clients? The audit is scoped by “operator”; operations others perform on your team’s clients (including a Tenant Admin) will not enter your view. For the tenant-wide trail, contact a Tenant Admin (Chapter 5).
Q6. I can’t find the “Tools” or “Managers” page? A Manager’s navigation bar simply does not have these two items, which is normal (Chapter 6). For niche imports or creating/removing Managers, contact a Tenant Admin.
