Q1. Can the memorialized subject’s name be left blank when creating a memorial space? Yes. Leaving it blank first shows “Untitled”, and it automatically fills in the Primary Manager’s registered name once they register. The Primary Manager email is required (Chapter 2).
Q2. Should I check “Set as Honoree”? Only check it when the deceased themselves is the Primary Manager of this memorial space; when a family member manages on behalf of the deceased, do not check it, and designate the Honoree separately on the detail page (Chapters 2 and 4).
Q3. Why does the Primary Manager row on the detail page only have “Involuntary Transfer”, with no resend / revoke? Resend / change email / revoke for a Primary Manager invitation must be done on the “Invitations” page; only Viewers / Co-Editors are handled in place on the detail page (Chapter 3).
Q4. The client says they only see the year for the date of passing I set in the back office? The family-facing side currently shows only the year of passing; this is normal display behavior and the setting is not lost (Section 4.2).
Q5. After uploading an AI video, why can’t I see it or delete it? After uploading it cannot be previewed or deleted, and the panel leaves no trace; this is a privacy protection design. Be sure to confirm the file is correct before submitting (Section 5.2).
Q6. Will “Remove from niche” deactivate the client’s memorial space? No. Removing from a niche only breaks the niche binding; the service continues as usual. Deactivation is a separate action (Sections 4.3 and Chapter 6).
Q7. The recipient says the Time Letter link won’t open? First confirm whether they have the “most recent email”; every resend issues a new 6-digit identifier and a new link, and the old link expires (Chapter 7).
Q8. The client wants to increase capacity / make more AI paintings — where do I adjust it in the back office? The back office currently has no such interface; you need to submit a request to engineering / the system administrator to adjust from the backend (Chapter 8).
Q9. Can I see the bio, photo albums, or Time Letter content the family wrote? No. Family content is not available for Account Managers to preview; this is a deliberate privacy boundary (Role Description).
