The following features are not provided in a Manager’s navigation bar; they belong to the Tenant Admin (or Account Manager) scope:

Notes
- When you need to import／adjust a niche list, create or remove Managers, or perform tenant-level settings, please contact a Tenant Admin.
- When deep-linking to a page outside your permissions, there is currently no explicit “insufficient permissions” notice (you are silently redirected or shown “No tools available”); this is expected behavior, not a crash.
