Each memorial space has an upload capacity quota and an AI painting production cap. Per the spec, an Account Manager can adjust these two values for a “single memorial space”, but—
The current version does not provide a front-end operation interface: the business back office has no button or field for “adjust quota / AI painting cap”. Currently these two items can only be adjusted from the backend (engineering sets them at the API / database layer).
Therefore, when an adjustment is needed, do this (submit a request rather than operate it yourself):
- Confirm the memorial space to adjust (memorialized subject’s name / niche number / memorial ID).
- Explain the item to adjust and the target value:
- Upload capacity quota (e.g. raise from the default to 100 MB / a specified number of GB); or
- AI painting production cap (e.g. the maximum number of paintings).
- Attach the reason (client need / capacity full, etc.) and send the request to engineering / the system administrator to adjust from the backend.
- After the adjustment is done, the family-facing side’s upload / production takes effect at the new value.
Notes
- When the family-facing side’s capacity is full, uploads are blocked outright with the prompt “Capacity full… contact your Account Manager to increase the quota for this memorial space”; at that point you submit the increase request to engineering on their behalf.
- The same applies when the AI painting reaches its cap: the family-facing side is blocked and needs an increase.
- Since there is no front-end interface, this chapter describes the request flow, not back-office operation steps; an operation chapter will be added once a version provides an override interface.
