The Tenant Admin is the highest-privilege role within an enterprise (Tenant), with overall control of the enterprise’s entire business team (Managers, Account Managers), niches, memorial spaces, and auditing. The three internal tiers of authority are Tenant Admin ＞ Manager ＞ Account Manager; a higher tier can perform the actions of a lower tier, but not the reverse.

Your account is bound to your enterprise and cannot be shared across enterprises; you also cannot log in to the platform back office or the family-facing site.
This manual focuses on operations that are exclusive to the Tenant Admin or where the Tenant Admin has the most complete privileges. Anything marked “Tenant Admin only” is an entry point that Managers and Account Managers cannot see.
