# 6. Unavailable Features (Tools Page, Niche Import, Manager Management)

The following features are **not provided in a Manager's navigation bar**; they belong to the Tenant Admin (or Account Manager) scope:

| "**Tools**" page | Account Manager (resending Time Letters) ＋ Tenant Admin (niche import) | The navigation bar has **no "Tools" item**; entering the `/tools` URL directly also only shows "No tools available" |
| **Niche CSV bulk import** | Tenant Admin only (on the "Tools" page) | Cannot import. On the "Niches" page you can **view niches and upload／update niche photos**, but you cannot bulk-import a niche list |
| "**Manager Management**" page | Tenant Admin only | The navigation bar has **no "Managers" item**; you cannot create／remove other Managers |

> **Notes**
> - When you need to import／adjust a niche list, create or remove Managers, or perform tenant-level settings, please **contact a Tenant Admin**.
> - When deep-linking to a page outside your permissions, there is currently **no explicit "insufficient permissions" notice** (you are silently redirected or shown "No tools available"); this is expected behavior, not a crash.
